In 1982, Peter D Burton opened his first yard at Stepney Lane, Hull. Having worked for roofing manufacturers since he was 18, at only 27 years of age he already had a wealth of experience in the industry.

 

The family business then progressed at a rapid rate. With a busy team of approximately 100 staff behind him, Peter's venture today boasts 6 depots with a 30million turnover. In 2008, CUPA of Spain took an interest in the company & took the major share holding of the business. This new partnership formed the Cupa - Burton Group which operates today.

 

The key factor to the group's growth continues to be price, service & stocks. Holding over 3million of specialist roofing materials on the ground and with a fleet of over 30 trucks, Burton Roofing Ltd certainly has a distinct edge over the competition.

 

Today the Group is able to offer its services to a whole cross-section of customers, including:
