Amazing new ZERO BILLS home!

Zed Factory Architects have created the ultimate achievement by designing a zero bills home. They specified Acme clay plain tiles which are manufactured by Marley Eternit.
 
These tiles were chosen to meet the strict sustainability criteria. The demonstration house was launched at the BRE Innovation Park back in March earlier this year. It is one of the very first properties to be under the new Home Quality Mark which gives credits for the use of responsibly sourced construction materials. All building items must offer the lowest environmental impact.
 
The Acme single camber clay plain tile boasts a ‘ very good ‘ BES 6001 responsible sourcing accreditation, an A+ rating for the BRE Green Guide plus a low embodied carbon.
