VELUX Modular Skylights

VELUX Modular Skylights

VELUX have collaborated with renowned architects Foster + Partners, who are known throughout the world with their prestigious projects such as the Steve Jobs Theatre and the McLaren Technology Centre, to offer modern homes a slim profiled and sleek modular skylight design.

VELUX Modular Skylights have been specifically designed to bring more natural light into modern, flat roof homes and extensions, which need to make the most of the sky’s light therapy. Modularity allows you to design with daylight over larger roof expanses with a finish that blends well with the buildings surroundings.

With the emphasis of the design being on simple and refined look, the electrics and motors have been concealed within the vented modules. With the light entering directly from above into the centre of the room, it produces greater illumination where its needed than from your vertical windows.

Why consider VELUX Modular Rooflights?

Reduced window frame profile provides more blue sky

The slim profiles allow more natural light in by reducing the amount of frame, the curved surfaces minimise shadowing effect.

Integrated window opening mechanism

The hidden actuator opens and closes the unit via the remote control or your pre-programmed settings.

Daylight control in a free-floating design

Roller blinds are supported by thin, free-floating wires to create an invisible effect. Blinds are available in three neutral colours to co-ordinate with any interior.

Intelligent operation

With the VELUX INTEGRA®  operating system you control all venting modules and roller blinds directly via the INTEGRA® control pad. Every venting installation is fitted with a rain sensor.
