The IKO Britorch SBS Torch-On Cap sheet is torch applied, polyester-based and coated with an SBS rubber-modified bitumen. Incorporating a thermofusible film on the underside that melts during the torching process. Suited to both new build and refurbishment projects involving domestic and commercial flat roofing applications. When installed as part of a built up roof system and all conditions outlined in IKO literature and the relevant Codes of Practice are followed, the product carries a 20 year material guarantee.
