Steve leads the Commercial Team and works closely with Category Managers, Key Account Managers, branches and suppliers to drive product strategy, commercial performance and customer support across the business.
Key Account Managers
Our Key Account Managers look after a portfolio of customers in their region. They build strong relationships with customers, branches and the supply chain to deliver excellent service and help customers add value through product knowledge, service and commercial support.
They also work with customers to help them move into new markets and grow their businesses.
