Glendyne natural slate is produced in Saint-Marc-du-Lac-Long, Quebec. It has a consistent blue-grey colour and excellent physical characteristics, combining modern extraction with traditional finishing skills.
Laid correctly, Glendyne will last the lifetime of the building. It is unaffected by sunlight, UV light and acid rain, and is used on prestige homes, commercial buildings, schools and conservation projects.
Since 2007, Glendyne has been approved by the Snowdonia National Park Authority as acceptable for use within the park, matching slates from the Blaenau Ffestiniog area in colour, texture and weathering.
