RoofTX® 125 is a low resistance vapour-permeable air-barrier roofing underlay designed for pitched roofs where added durability is required without moving into heavy-duty grades. It supports moisture vapour transmission while protecting the roof structure against air leakage and wind-driven rain.
The Conseal version includes an integral factory-applied sealing tape to simplify installation and improve overlap sealing.
Its increased weight compared to entry-level membranes delivers improved tensile strength and tear resistance, making RoofTX® 125 suitable for a wide range of residential and commercial roofing applications, including sites exposed to more demanding installation conditions.
