How long will I wait for my delivery?
On products in stock you can expect your order to be delivered within 2-3 working days.
We will advise you if the delivery period is different.
What if my delivery doesn't turn up on time?
Please contact our web shop office on 0800 124 4431 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will advise on the status of your order.
Can I speak to an advisor for help?
Yes you can call our web shop office direct on 0800 124 4431 or call your nearest depot for help and support.
Can I apply for a trade account?
You can apply for a trade account by simply downloading our account application form and returning it to our Hull head office. Your application will be considered and you will be notified as soon as possible. Completing an account application does not guarantee automatic account status.
Do your prices include VAT?
All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. This will be added when you check out.
How do I know you have received my order?
When you submit your order we will reply to the email address you have given confirming your order details including the total cost. You will also be given an order reference number should you need to contact us.
How do I identify the product I need?
If you cannot find what you need in our shop, simply forward a photograph and dimensions etc, to our webshop office email address email@example.com and we will do our best to source your requirements from our huge stock range of over twenty thousand product lines.
