Delivery & Returns
On products in stock you can expect your order to be delivered next working day on all orders pleaced before 4PM. We will advise you if the delivery period is different.
If your order does not arrive on time please contact our web shop office on 0800 124 4431 or email email@example.com and we will advise on the status of your order.
Many of our online deliveries will be made by our own dedicated fleet of vehicles from our depots situated across the Country.
In addition to our own fleet we use couriers and hauliers to ensure our orders are fulfilled to suit your requirements wherever possible and to reduce our carbon footprint.
At Burton Roofing Merchants we carry stock worth over £8m within our roofing depots, as such we can dispatch your order with only one delivery charge or totallay FREE.
Our ethos is to provide a clear and simple pricing structure with no hidden surcharges.

Orders over £200 will be free of charge in the UK | Orders under £200 will be £9.99 within the UK
Please note that all our shipping charges are based on delivery to mainland UK excluding the Scottish Highlands and the Islands where further delivery charges may apply.
All of our deliveries are based on the customer being available to accept the goods.
Where heavier items are concerned the customer must be able and willing to manually offload the goods, or have available mechanical offload facilities such as a forklift truck.
Crane or tail lift services may be available on certain orders at an extra cost.
We at Burton Roofing Merchants Ltd operate our own extensive fleet of vehicles as well as utilising couriers, pallet distributors and manufacturers own transport which means your order could be delivered to you by more than one delivery method.
Returns must be made within 14 (fourteen) days from when Burton Roofing goods are received by you.
We will not accept any returns outside of these dates.
All returned goods will incur a minimum 25% restocking charge on the cost of the goods unless we have made an error whilst inputting your order or when we despatched your order or if the product is faulty.
You will be required to quote your invoice/delivery note number in all instances.
All unwanted items must be in an unused condition and fit for resale. All factory sealed items must be returned unopened and in good condition. We reserve the right not to accept items for return or refund.
We cannot accept items that are identified as specials such as specially manufactured goods unless they are found to be faulty, in which case you will be credited for costs in returning them to us. Once goods have been received by us and checked for resalable condition we will process your refund to your credit or debit card as detailed in our terms and conditions.
We cannot refund carriage charges unless the goods are returned due to a fault.
Estimates are given for guideline purposes only and any surplus items from these suggested quantities will always be subject to our restocking policy.
We are not responsible for made to measure goods where the customer has provided the measurements.
