The LMK differs from the LMS loft ladder as it comes with a white hatch and a red handrail. To secure the handrail, it is fixed to the ladder brackets to ensure ease of operation.
The ladder comes complete with stile ends, a white hatch, peripheral seal, a red handrail and non-slip treads.
Permissible load of 200kg and a heat transmission co-efficient U-Value = 1.1 W/m2k. With a insulation thickness of 3cm and a hatch thickness of 3.6cm. Passed to the Standard EN14975.
